giclée prints
Giclée (pronounced
"zhee-clay") is a French word meaning, "a spraying of pigments."
Long-lasting pigments (colored inks) are bonded with the paper surface
to create a print with the same detail and vibrancy as the original work.
Giclée
prints are an affordable way to enjoy fine art, with prices
ranging from $85 - $395
[$795 for Wave Trough on semi-gloss canvas] depending on the size selected.
Each of Bonnie Carter's giclée
editions is limited to 150 prints. Each giclée
print is signed by the artist and numbered, and comes with care instructions
and a signed certificate of authenticity.
Bonnie's standard giclée
prints are a full sheet of Hanemuhle fine art watercolor paper.
Smaller sizes and alternative surfaces - such as canvas - are also offered
within one edition.
Prints will be shipped flat with backing.
